Vitaliy Kim

Vitaliy Kim is the Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine in the government of Serhii Koretskyi.

Vitaliy Kim was head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration from 2020 to 2026.

At the beginning of the full-scale war, Kim addressed Ukrainians every day and reported the latest news from the Mykolaiv region: about the victories of our military over the Russian invaders, enemy losses, the consequences of their shelling, etc. 

At the time, Kim became an idol for Ukrainians when he recorded short video addresses that gained thousands of views. Kim's phrase "Good evening, we are from Ukraine" has already become legendary.
