Wiretapping of Goncharuk
Three parts of recordings of conversations from the Cabinet of Ministers were released on the YouTube channel "How to Fool the President". In them, Prime Minister Oleksiy Goncharuk, together with members of the Cabinet and the NBU, discusses the economic situation in the country. At the same time, they consult on what to tell President Zelenskyy during a meeting, who is interested in the strengthening of the hryvnia exchange rate and "where the hole in the budget comes from".
What makes the situation resonant is the fact that members of the government are being wiretapped at all, and that such wiretapping takes place in the Cabinet of Ministers building. In addition, Goncharuk's statements deserve attention, in which he calls himself a "layman" and states that "Zelenskyy has a very primitive… simple understanding of economic processes". The prime minister also calls the guarantor of the Constitution "Vova" and intends to explain the country's economic processes to him using the example of Olivier salad.
