Zelensky's Thousand
From December 1, 2024, to February 28, 2025, the "Winter eSupport" program operated in Ukraine at the initiative of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
In the fall of 2025, the authorities announced that Ukrainians could again receive a one-time payment of 1 thousand hryvnias. It was possible to submit applications from November 15 to December 24, 2025.
The program is available to all citizens who are in Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories. "Winter Support" is granted not only to adults, but also to children. For this, parents must submit an application for each of their children.
Applications can be submitted via Diia, and the money is credited to an account opened under the "National Cashback" program.
Those who do not have Diia – can collect the money via Ukrposhta.
