Fire Point
Fire Point is a Ukrainian company founded in 2022 in Kyiv in response to Russia's war against Ukraine.
Fire Point develops and manufactures weapons. In particular, the company produces the FP-1 and FP‑2 UAVs and the Flamingo missiles (capable of flying 3,000 kilometers), FP-7 and FP-9, as well as other weapons.
Fire Point's owner, Denys Shtilerman, owns 97.5% of the defense company. It is known that Yehor Skalyha is a co-owner of Fire Point.
Fire Point figured in the so-called Mindich tapes. In particular, according to the recorded conversations, Timur Mindich may have controlled the company. After all, in the recording, Mindich is presumed to have spoken with Umerov about contracts worth many millions related to the production of missiles and drones. Fire Point denied the reports of a possible connection with Mindich and asked NABU to verify the authenticity of the recordings.
