Hungary is a country in Central Europe, a member of the EU and NATO. Since 2010, the Prime Minister of Hungary has been Viktor Orban. He does not hide his pro-Russian views, travels to Russia to visit Vladimir Putin and supports Donald Trump.

Parliamentary elections in Hungary took place on April 12, 2026. Orban's main rival – Peter Magyar, leader of the Tisza party, won the elections. The latter visited Ukraine in 2024 and, unlike Orban, does not have close ties with the Russians.
