Hurricane Dorian

Dorian is a Category 5 hurricane raging in the Atlantic Ocean. Dorian has already reached the northern Bahamas and will soon reach America, which could affect over 20 million Americans.

In the Bahamas, Dorian tore roofs off buildings, damaged power lines, flooded streets, broke trees and wrecked cars. Meanwhile, people took shelter in schools, churches and other facilities adapted for this purpose.

Because of the hurricane, a state of emergency has been declared in three states and in 12 counties of Georgia. Florida, North and South Carolina are preparing for Dorian, and President Donald Trump has expressed his concern.
