A Ukrainian civil servant, acting Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

At the end of August 2018, Prosecutor General Yurii Lutsenko handed over to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) part of the materials of criminal proceedings concerning Myroslav Prodan, which dealt with two episodes: the purchase and construction of real estate through front persons in Ukraine and Turkey.
