National Security and Defense Council
The NSDC is the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine. It is a coordinating body on national security and defence under the President of Ukraine.
The NSDC controls and coordinates the work of executive bodies in the sphere of national security and defence. It is the NSDC that imposes sanctions, and the president puts them into effect by his decision.
The head of the NSDC is the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The Secretary of the NSDC is Ihor Klymenko.
