OSCE
The OSCE is the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the world's largest regional security organization. It brings together 57 participating States.
During the war in Donbas, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (OSCE SMM) was in operation. It worked in eastern Ukraine from the summer of 2014 practically until Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.
Some observers still remained, but in April 2022 the mission's activities ceased because Russia blocked its work.
