Andriy Sibiga

He was born on January 1, 1975, in the town of Zboriv in the Ternopil region. For many years he worked in various diplomatic positions. In 2021, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. Since April 2024 – First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
In September 2024, he became Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, replacing Dmytro Kuleba in this post. Since July 17, 2025, he has headed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in the government of Yulia Svyrydenko.
Andrii Sybiha has extensive diplomatic experience, including work in Poland and Turkey.
Sybiha is actively engaged in diplomatic negotiations, has organized the president's international visits and participated in drafting important international treaties and agreements.
