Arson at Gontareva's House
On the night of September 17, unknown persons set fire to the house of the family of former head of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeriia Hontareva in the village of Horenychi near Kyiv.The house, registered to Hontareva's husband, burned to the ground.The Office of the President of Ukraine called for the crime to be solved as soon as possible. Interior Minister Arsen Avakov called the arson an unacceptable manifestation of criminal pressure.
