Oleksandr Tupitsky
On October 27, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine declared unconstitutional the punishment of officials for lying in their declarations.
Later, journalists from "Schemes" published an investigation showing that the head of the Constitutional Court had not declared a land plot in Crimea that he had bought after the annexation under Russian law. After that, Tupitsky was summoned for questioning at the State Bureau of Investigation.A few days ago, Tupitsky was summoned to the Office of the Prosecutor General for procedural actions.
The court confirmed that it had received the summons for the head of the Constitutional Court, but reported that in response Tupitsky had prepared a number of motions.
