Orest Salamakha

Orest Salamakha was a Ukrainian entrepreneur, politician, People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 9th convocation, "Servant of the People".

Orest Salamakha died in a traffic accident on January 25, 2026. He was driving a quad bike and, having driven into the oncoming lane, collided with a minibus in the village of Sokilnyky. Doctors could not save the MP. Unfortunately, he died in hospital.

Orest Salamakha was married and was raising three young children. 

Orest Salamakha's wife, Anna Salamakha, is a co-founder of the construction company "Mons Development" and the owner of three land plots located in the village of Sokilnyky near Lviv. 

Before running in the 2019 elections, Orest Salamakha was director of LLC "Bud Invest Kom", which at the time was owned by his wife. Anna Salamakha's father, Volodymyr Dorosh, is a Lviv developer.
