Russian militants
Russian militants are military personnel or volunteers financed by Russia.
They included the so-called "military" of the fake republics in Donbas (the so-called "LPR/DPR"), as well as regular Russian military personnel who fought against Ukrainian soldiers in Donbas from 2014 to 2022.
On February 21, 2022, Vladimir Putin made a statement on Russia's recognition of the militants who fought during the war in Donbas.
On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale war against Ukraine and it then became obvious that the occupiers in the territories of our state are Russian military personnel.
