Savasleika
Savasleika is an airfield in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod Oblast where MiG-31 aircraft, carriers of Kh-47M2 "Kinzhal" missiles, are based.
It is from the Savasleika airfield that Russian aircraft take off that fire missiles at Ukrainian regions during the war Russia started against Ukraine.
On the night of June 9, 2025, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the Savasleika airfield. Our military hit a MiG-31K and Su-30/34.
