The Hague
The Hague is a city in the Netherlands that is important not only from a tourist point of view, as it is home to the seat of the Dutch king, the North Sea, and the country's government and parliament.
It also hosts the International Court of Justice of the UN, the Permanent Court of Arbitration and the International Criminal Court (ICC).
By the way, it was the ICC that in March 2023 issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin on suspicion of war crimes. In particular, this concerns the unlawful deportation and transfer of population, namely children, from the occupied territory of Ukraine at least since the start of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine.
