Oleksandr Shcherbatykh

From 2014 to 2019 I studied political science at Ivan Ohiienko Kamianets-Podilskyi National University. As a student, I repeatedly took part in projects of the Polish-Ukrainian Youth Exchange Council and the Ukrainian Catholic University.

In 2020–2024 I worked as a journalist for the regional newspaper "Podolianyn", where I covered a wide range of functions, as my task was to cover the life of the entire Kamianets-Podilskyi district in Khmelnytskyi region.

After February 24, 2022, I devoted the most attention in my work to political topics. I repeatedly prepared materials and recorded interviews related to the Russian-Ukrainian war. I cooperated with the NGO "Public Diplomacy Foundation".

In 2024–2025 I worked as a news feed editor for the websites Zbirna.com and blik.ua

During this time I published numerous exclusive author pieces on Sport-express.ua and ukrfootball.ua.

I specialize in covering football, basketball, MMA and biathlon.
