Counteroffensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Ukrainian troops are conducting successful counteroffensive operations. 

In the fall of 2026, the Ukrainian military talked about Operation Vivaldi. As of September 30, 2026, the Armed Forces have liberated 176 square kilometers from the enemy.

On March 10, 2026, the General Staff stated that Ukrainian troops had liberated from Russian occupation almost the entire territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region. 

During Russia's war against Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are successfully attacking the enemy and repelling strikes. 

It is worth noting that in spring 2022 Ukraine liberated  the Kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy regions, in September of the same year –  the Kharkiv region, and in November – Kherson.
