Recruiting

Recruiting is an opportunity to join the army in a desired position, which is an alternative to mobilization.

Recruiting involves the selection of Ukrainian citizens for contract military service, during which one can choose a position and unit. 

That is, a person can decide where they will serve: in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (the Special Operations Forces, the National Guard, the State Border Guard Service, etc.) or in other military formations. 

In Ukraine, recruiting is carried out in several ways. In particular, through:

• job search websites – Lobby X, Work.ua, Robota.ua, "OLX Robota",
• Reserv+,
• Diia,
• the relevant unit,
• recruiting centers,
• TCC and SP.
